During these crazy times we would like to let you know what measures we have taken to protect you and ourselves. We follow the Covid-19 regulations and guidance from the hairdresser’s association ANKO in The Netherlands and the Bonaire government.
We and our guests have to wear a facemark. This is mandatory and is a decision of our Bonairian government.
We have invested in a dish washing machine to make sure that you can safely enjoy a coffee or beverage in the salon. We also love not having to do the dishes anymore :-)
We have iPads with Netflix, youtube, magazine subscriptions and newspapers. Since paper magazines can’t be disinfected, we choose iPads to keep you entertained. These will b
We’ve installed a washing basin next to our front door on the inside with a no touch faucet, soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser.
As always, towels and capes will be washed after each client. Combs, scissors, hairclips and hair brushes will be washed and then disinfected after each client.
Every morning Bärbel and Jacqlyn take their temperature to make sure that they don’t run a fever.
We love you all but unfortunately will not give you a hug or shake your hand during these times to keep everyone safe.
To make sure that our guests keep 1,5 M (6 feet) distance, we do not use the middle chairs, only the outer chairs in the salon. Because of this we also only use the 2 outer washing basins and not the middle one.
For our clients who wish to visit us when it’s less busy: Wednesdays Jacqlyn works alone in the salon, Thursdays Bärbel works alone in the salon. On Saturdays you will find either Bärbel or jacqlyn in the salon. So if you would like to come to the salon on a less busy day, you can pick one of those days.
For your convenience, we have also included our new guidelines for compliance to COVID-19 rules and regulations. Please see below for details.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you for understanding. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
