I am a new client. How can I book?

We recommend that you go to our ‘new client’ page first to read about our services. Then click the ‘book now’ button. On the new page that opens up you click ‘Don't have an account yet? Join Now!’ to register and book. 

 

I am trying to create an account. It says my mail address is already in use. What can I do?

This means that you are already a client and your email address is already in our system. All you need is a password. By clicking on ‘reset your password’ you will be sent a link via email to create a password.

 

I would like to change my appointment.

To do this you click on the ‘book now’ button and log in. You will be able to look up your existing appointment and cancel it. This can be done up to 24 hours before your appointment. Then you can book a new appointment. 

 

I do not know what to book.

Please go to our contact page. Here you will find our phone number, email address and a contact form. You can use any of these to contact us and we will gladly help you.

 

I don’t like to book online.

I want to book for a complete color change. What should I book?

For a big color change, we always need to do a consultation first. You can book ‘color consultation’ (which is free) so we can talk about your wishes and we can make a plan and then book. If you do not have time for an in-person consultation, you can fill in the ‘color consultation form’. We will then do the consultation via email or even Zoom if you would like to talk face to face.

I want to make an appointment via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. Why can't I do that?

We are unable to respond quickly when we are attending to our guests in the salon. To avoid any mistakes or us not noticing your messages, we have decided to stick to online booking, email or telephone. This way your message will not get lost.
